Reactive Rotary Printing

We have GOTS and Oeko-tex certificates for rotary production.

It's a perfect option if you are printing bigger fabrics volumes and want to get better price.  This way of printing can offer excellent quality images as ink is absorbed deeply. This also increases the life expectancy of the print. Additionally, carefully created stencils give clear edges to printed images. 

For each new design we have to make screens (except white colour). It's one time fee, for next times you don't have to pay this, you can also change colours without extra paying. Technically it's possible to produce max 8 screens for one design.

That is a big advantage of rotary printing. You can match solids to your prints with same colors that are used for prints. We have some color cards for fabrics. You can also choose colors from these cards for your designs, so you will have matching onecolored and printed designs colors. Of course you can also dye onecolored fabrics into the color that you need. We are using  Pantone TPX colors.

Our most popular qualities are stretchjersey, french terry, ribbing, frotte, velour, woven fabrics. We have also possibility print on other qualities, depending on Customer's needs.
